Overview

As an HCM & Global Onboarding Consultant, you will work with our customers to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience and solutions delivery, leveraging deep knowledge of Remote HCM & GP product.

In Short

• Lead the implementation of multiple large-scale HCM & GP projects.
• Partner with clients to gather and analyze their needs.
• Ensure alignment of internal deliverables and timelines.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide guidance and training to client teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation.
• Develop and deliver client documentation and training materials.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support clients in change management activities.

Requirements

• Experience implementing global HCM and Payroll Solutions.
• Engagement with stakeholders across various business areas.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage technical projects effectively.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
