• Collaborate with a high-performing Content, SEO, and Digital Marketing team.
• Build and execute a strategic personalization program.

• Manage the end-to-end testing process.
• Report performance insights and ROI impact.

Requirements

• Experienced managing CRO and web personalization programs.
• Proven track record of running A/B and multivariate tests.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar.
• Deep understanding of UX and conversion rate optimization best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and email/CRM principles is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
