• Manage a high-volume, high-impact regional Onboarding Operations team.
• Responsible for onboarding Clients’ employees.
• Lead a team of EMEA Onboarding Operations Specialists.
• Ensure high quality standards and performance expectations are met.
• Motivate your team and conduct performance reviews.
• Work collaboratively with managers across departments.
• Utilize data to drive decision making and track team performance.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to processes.
• Reports to Senior Manager, Onboarding Operations.
• Must be fluent in English.
