The Growth Marketing Specialist will support the execution of Careem's growth strategy in KSA, focusing on user engagement, retention, and revenue generation through targeted marketing campaigns and data analysis.

• Assist in executing the growth roadmap for Careem’s verticals in KSA.
• Conduct research on market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Data Science.
• 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of food/grocery delivery market trends.
