This role provides the opportunity to drive customer engagement and conversion through targeted personalization and optimization strategies. As an individual contributor, you will play a critical role in enhancing the user experience and delivering measurable business impact.

In Short

• Manage CRO and web personalization programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results, and implement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Marketing, SEO, and Sales.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar.
• Deep understanding of UX and conversion rate optimization best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for industry trends and enhancing web experiences.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and email/CRM principles is a plus.
• Experience working asynchronously with global teams is desirable.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Experience managing CRO and web personalization programs.
• Proven track record in A/B and multivariate testing.
