You will collaborate closely with UX and experimentation teams, filling a vital gap in creating personalized, data-driven, and customer-centric online journeys.

Requirements

• Experience managing CRO and web personalization programs.
• Proven track record in running A/B and multivariate tests.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar.
• Deep understanding of UX and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
• Experience working asynchronously with global teams.
• Fluent in English.
