Benefits Operations Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Develop and oversee group benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, and other country-specific benefits.
• Coordinate benefit processing and review billing.
• Create partnerships with benefits brokers and vendors.
• Assist new employees with Benefits & Compensation.
• Research and respond to benefit plan questions.
• Evaluate and design new corporate benefit plans.
• Ability to start initiatives from the ground up.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee welfare benefits.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
