In Short

  • Develop yourself as an experienced international Benefits Specialist.
  • Process and solve tickets and escalations in Zendesk/e-mail.
  • Provide support regarding benefits plans and invoicing.
  • Execute data-related tasks with care and precision.
  • Help define and execute on Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Work closely with the Benefits team and other departments.
  • Maintain operations process documents and streamline processes.
  • Research and distill knowledge in Notion.
  • Be proactive and take ownership in your role.
  • Champion Remote's values and Benefits team goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations - employee Benefits.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Zendesk, Notion, Slack, Google Suite.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
