Benefits & Leave Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Benefits & Leave Operations Specialist to join our Total Rewards team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring a best-in-class employee experience across benefits operations and leave management—balancing compliance, timeliness, and care.

In Short

• Execute employee benefits changes with accuracy and speed
• Administer global leave programs including calculations and compliance
• Reconcile vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Conduct recurring audits to maintain benefits data integrity
• Serve as the first line of support for employee inquiries
• Maintain and evolve standard operating procedures for benefits and leave processes
• Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Identify and propose process improvements

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in benefits administration or global leave management
• Proficiency in Workday and HR ticketing systems
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience managing vendor invoicing and benefits/payroll reconciliation
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to balance backend compliance with employee-facing empathy
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally
