As an Associate People Business Partner at Remote, you will play a crucial role in supporting a global organization by acting as a trusted partner and coach for managers and teams. You will contribute to designing and implementing initiatives that align with Remote's global People strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in a People team, ideally as a People Partner.
• A few years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Passion for technology and AI.
• Experience in a tech start-up or hyper-growth environment is a plus.
• Strong alignment with Remote’s values.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
• Resourceful and proactive in seeking solutions.
• Skilled in coaching managers and team members.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
