The Associate People Business Partner will support a global organization by acting as a partner and coach to people managers, contributing to initiatives that align with Remote's strategy, and managing employee relations issues.

Requirements

• Experience in a People team, particularly in Employee Relations.
• Ability to work with sensitive materials confidentially.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Resourcefulness and initiative in seeking advice.
• Experience in tech start-ups is a plus.
• Ability to support managers and team members effectively.
• Remote work experience is beneficial but not required.
