• Own the operational and tactical planning of payroll for multiple countries.
• Manage regional/global payroll operations.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related matters.
• Lead and mentor the Payroll team.
• Stay updated with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in managing payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.

• Proficiency in SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience working remotely is a plus.
