Overview

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an Account Executive, joining our Sales Team. This is a pure hunting role as an Account Executive, driving net new business for Remote.

In Short

  • Sales helps our prospective customers and active customers to fully experience our Global HR Platform.
  • Respond to incoming queries and help customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products.
  • Drive net new business for Remote.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of opportunities.
  • Efficiently present and deliver all information to potential clients.
  • Close sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
  • Identify new opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Self-generate leads through various methods.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas.
  • Experience selling into ANZ markets is essential.
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and tools.
  • Previous sales hunting experience or related SaaS sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business fluency in English is essential.
