  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to build trust and work as an advisor to clients.
  • Experience in sales processes and closing deals.
  • Self-generating leads and managing the sales cycle.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
