Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Personal Lines to join our client's team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day client servicing for Personal Lines, ensuring timely service and strong retention.

Requirements

• Prior U.S. insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Monday.com.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
