Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Specialist to support financial operations with accuracy, efficiency, and ownership.

In Short

• Manage AR/AP workflows using tools like Bill.com.
• Generate and send invoices to clients.
• Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process incoming invoices and match them with purchase orders.
• Schedule and execute timely payments to vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of payables and vendor communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Comfortable working across time zones.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable roles.
• Familiarity with Bill.com and AP/AR automation tools.
• Experience in fast-paced project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting platforms (QuickBooks, NetSuite).
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive mindset.
• Professional communicator with clients and internal teams.
• Reliable availability during U.S. Central Time hours.
