Overview

The Otte Polo Group is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialist to handle and oversee the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate records, timely collections, and payments.

In Short

• Handle incoming payments and outgoing invoices.
• Generate and issue invoices to customers.
• Record and apply incoming payments.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices.
• Review and verify incoming vendor invoices.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors.
• Monitor and reconcile expense reports.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Available in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone.
