In Short

• Responsible for paying all invoices as required.
• Ensures correct payments are made in a timely manner.
• Develops guidelines for proper handling and coding of invoices.
• Receives, analyzes, and verifies expense reports and invoices.
• Verifies payments before controller’s signature is added.
• Reconciles accounts payable total and general ledger.
• Balances transactions to each bank account daily.
• Facilitates payment of vendors and resolves discrepancies.
• Assists with accounting records and ledgers.
• Ensures proper maintenance and storage of records.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills.
