Overview

The Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist at Ticketmaster is responsible for managing invoicing processes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to handle various financial tasks.

In Short

  • Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable for US and Canada.
  • Prepare and distribute customer AR invoices.
  • Resolve billing issues impacting invoice collectability.
  • Enter vendor invoices in Oracle AP systems.
  • Maintain accurate vendor files and documentation.
  • Support the AR and AP teams with ad hoc projects.
  • Strong background in accounting or finance required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle Financials preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years in Accounts Payable or Receivable preferred.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.
  • Experience with ERP systems like Oracle Financials.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
