Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist will provide exceptional support to the finance team and Action1 clients, ensuring accurate financial transactions and reporting.

In Short

• Issue subscription/usage invoices and post cash.
• Reconcile the AR sub-ledger and drive soft-touch collections.
• Perform three-way PO matching and code/enter vendor invoices.
• Route approvals and run weekly ACH/wire/card payments.
• Prepare AR/AP reconciliations and accruals for month-end.
• Support annual financial audits and document internal controls.
• Partner with Sales Ops on quote-to-cash questions.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Knowledge of multi-currency transactions.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to manage financial audits and internal controls.
• Proficient in financial software and tools.
