The Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions manages employee exits for Remote's external employees with a focus on legal compliance and providing delightful customer service. Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
• Strong background in managing employee exits.
• Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide solutions.
• Understanding of employee relations principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Business-level proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
• Aptitude for process innovation and automation.
• Efficiency in operations and record-keeping.
• Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously.
