Join our dynamic team as a Risk Support Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the effectiveness of our Operational Risk team.

In Short

• Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) cases with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate with customers to obtain necessary documentation for KYC cases.
• Respond to and resolve operational risk-related tickets.
• Perform basic onboarding checks for customer information verification.
• Assist in handling ad hoc cases and special investigations.
• Maintain accurate documentation for KYC cases and tickets.

Requirements

• Experience in operational risk, compliance, KYC/AML.
• Customer facing contact experience.
• Familiarity with automated KYC checks.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Excellent skills with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Solid research, communications, analytical and organizational skills.
• Relevant AML KYC certification preferable.
• Fluent in English.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
