  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the IT recruitment sector.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients across the UAE region.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Manage the full business development lifecycle from lead generation to onboarding.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends and client requirements.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Provide regular updates and pipeline reports to management.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development within the IT recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of securing new clients and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment cycles and the technology talent landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Ability to work during UAE business hours (approx. 6 AM to 3 PM SAST).
  • Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
