Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in an academic leadership role.
• Strong understanding of international curricula (British, IB, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and academic administration.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, female-led environment.
• Must be willing to relocate to Riyadh (visa sponsorship provided).
• Reliable internet access and a laptop required for communication and planning prior to relocation.
