We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-directed Operations Assistant to support the backbone of our clinic operations. This is a behind-the-scenes role where you'll turn data into insights, keep systems running smoothly, and help us get better every day. In Short

• Implement and refine clinic workflows, operational systems, and processes
• Identify opportunities to reduce errors and streamline operations
• Support initiatives that improve customer satisfaction
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from electronic patient records
• Build business analysis spreadsheets for decision-making
• Ensure reporting is accurate and timely
• Make outbound calls and send emails for project coordination
• Order supplies and track inventory levels
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy
• Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset to tasks

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Self-directed and reliable
• Comfortable with data and spreadsheets
• Strong communicator in written and verbal forms
• Process-minded with a focus on improvement
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
• Background in operations or data analysis is beneficial
• Familiarity with inventory management is advantageous
