Overview

As a Support Specialist at RemoFirst, you will be responsible for handling diverse inquiries within our centralized support system, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of queries.

  • Proactive and anticipatory in nature.
  • Ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws is a plus.
  • Advanced Zendesk expertise is preferred.
  • Multilingual skills are a bonus.
