Vice President of Engineering - Remote

Overview

RemoFirst is seeking a strategic, security-minded, and execution-focused Vice President of Engineering to lead our engineering teams and ensure compliance and operational excellence in a remote-first environment.

• Lead efforts for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven experience with ISO 27001 and SOC2 compliance.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Experience in remote-first IT operations.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts.
• Experience with AI tools in development workflows is a plus.
