Overview

Pearpop is seeking an experienced Vice President of Engineering to lead our engineering organization and drive the development of our creator management platform. This is a pivotal leadership position to fuel Pearpop’s growth in the creator economy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in high tech or media tech.
• 5+ years of management or C-level experience.
• Proven experience in the AI space.
• Direct engineering experience, preferably back-end.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Success in building and scaling engineering teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
