Vice President of Engineering - Remote

Overview

The Vice President (VP) of Engineering will lead several of our client's growing engineering departments. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational excellence. This role requires a strong people leader who can drive innovation, build scalable systems, and foster an agile development culture. The VP of Engineering will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that fuel our client’s growth and maintain its reputation for technical excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience managing engineering organizations of 15+ team members.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of data scientists and engineers.
• Proven ability to lead an agile transformation.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with financial oversight and multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Understanding of AI/data science methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and engineering tools.
