Data Technician - Remote

Overview

This role is for a Data Technician who will work remotely, focusing on building and executing client solutions using Alteryx while ensuring high-quality data delivery.

• Collaborate with Account Management and Client Success teams
• Manage and prioritize tasks using a ticketing system
• Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role required
• Proficient in Alteryx and strong with Google Workspace and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven with the ability to manage complex projects

Requirements

• Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/ticketing systems is nice-to-have
• Background in AdTech or Marketing Data is a plus
• Experience with Alteryx Server and secure data handling knowledge
• Skills in PowerBI, SQL, and/or AWS are beneficial
• Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a bonus
