Overview

The Remote Support Technician is responsible for providing superior customer service and technical support to end users, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

In Short

  • Provide superior customer service and Tier 1 support to end users.
  • Offer troubleshooting and technical support via phone, email, and web-based tools.
  • Maintain knowledge and certification on Microsoft, iDirect, and Cisco technologies.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with engineers and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Strong networking knowledge is essential; CCNA or equivalent is a plus.
  • High School diploma with one year of technology-related experience required.
  • At least three months of demonstrated customer service experience is necessary.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work within designated Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers, routers, switches, and related networks.
