Overview

As a Technical Support Technician, you will provide expert assistance to service agents, contractors, and consumers, playing a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the Technical Support Department at Temperzone.

• Provide general and technical support for all Temperzone products.
• Assist service agents with spare parts selection and technical service.
• Liaise with service agents, contractors, and consumers.
• Support classification and reuse of returned goods.
• Conduct training sessions on Temperzone products.
• Provide start-up and commissioning assistance.
• Assist the warranty team with inquiries.
• Demonstrate product operations to contractors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the air conditioning industry.
• HVAC service, diagnostic, and commissioning experience.
• High-level knowledge in systems controls and mechanics.
• Competency in air conditioning system design.
• Solid understanding of system controls and customer service focus.
