Business Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Business Operations Manager at RemoFirst will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with local EORs in North America, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing value for clients.

In Short

• Create & optimize processes within the Operations Department.
• Monitor performance metrics and improve stakeholder onboarding.
• Ensure efficient platform usage by all stakeholders.
• Monitor departmental efficiency and develop improvement strategies.
• Cooperate with Customer Success on day-to-day escalations.
• Oversee planning, operational systems, and fiscal documentation.
• Design solutions for client concerns to maximize satisfaction.
• Provide operational data for evaluating improvement strategies.
• Establish smooth workflows and communication channels.
• Track escalations within the operations department.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in EOR, outsourcing, or HR tech.
• 2-5 years experience in HR or employment law in North America.
• Ability to build processes and programs from scratch.
• 1-3 years of project management experience.
• Multilingual is a plus.
