In Short

• Design and manage business operations rhythm across the company.
• Partner with COO and Chief of Staff to drive strategic initiatives.
• Support investor communications and data preparation.
• Ensure alignment and remove roadblocks between teams.
• Own logistics for Board of Directors meetings.
• Identify inefficiencies and work on solutions.
• Manage special projects across various functions.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or related fields.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in gaming or consumer tech is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, consulting, bizops, or a related field.
• Track record of working with senior leadership and driving cross-functional execution.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with excellent written and verbal communication.
• A bias toward action, strong business intuition, and a love for solving messy problems.
• Experience in gaming, consumer tech, or web3 is a plus.
