In Short

  • Manage up to 40 customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Support new customers in leveraging the platform.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to upselling.
  • Act as the voice of customers in product development.
  • Continuously seek to enhance Customer Success processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in consulting, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer motivations.
  • Excellent communication skills and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1).
