In Short

  • Lead and develop a team of ~7 BDRs with full responsibility.
  • Coach on messaging, outreach tactics, and qualification.
  • Set ambitious targets and support the team in achieving them.
  • Build a strong team culture focused on ownership and learning.
  • Develop scalable outbound workflows from prospecting to handover.
  • Implement automation and AI tools to boost efficiency.
  • Ensure best-in-class execution across outreach channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing on strategies.
  • Track performance and optimize tactics based on data.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience leading a BDR or SDR team in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Comfortable owning team performance under pressure.
  • Familiar with modern sales methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of outbound strategy and prospecting tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills across functions.
