Overview

Red Hat's Technical Account Management team is looking for an enterprise-level engineer with a background in automation-based software deployment and management experience to join us remotely in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.

• Support enterprise customers implementing Red Hat Ansible Automated Platform solutions.
• Serve as the primary customer advocate within Red Hat.
• Deliver Red Hat portfolio roadmap updates.
• Rapidly learn and stay current with new technologies.
• Specialize in Ansible Automation Platform implementation.
• Perform technical reviews to identify and prevent issues.
• Investigate and respond to support requests.
• Provide strategic advice on Red Hat products and solutions.
• Manage customer cases and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development or technical support.
• Extensive technical knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automated Platform.
• Experience with configuration management and application deployment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline preferred.
• Experience in DevOps environments preferred.
• Software engineering background with RPM-based Linux and Java technologies preferred.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes preferred.
• Familiarity with source code management tools like Git preferred.
