Overview

The Patient Experience Coordinator will provide exceptional support to patients and providers, ensuring sessions are completed without issues while empowering patients to live optimal lives through a redesigned heart health program.

In Short

  • Schedule patient sessions and send reminders
  • Ensure accurate patient schedules
  • Communicate scheduling changes to providers
  • Engage with patients via chat, email, video, and phone
  • Educate patients on program offerings and app usage
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during virtual sessions
  • Collect patient feedback for insights
  • Work remotely, Monday to Friday, 4pm-9pm ET
  • Contract position with consistent hours
  • Join a fast-growing virtual cardiac recovery platform

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer support experience
  • Preferred 1+ years in healthcare
  • Tech support background
  • Experience with Android and Apple OS
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Reliable workspace and internet access
  • Reliable computer and phone for communication
