The Patient Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting operational excellence by ensuring smooth clinic operations and providing exceptional patient care.

In Short

  • Assist in supporting operational excellence at the clinic.
  • Welcome patients and conduct check-ins with required forms.
  • Lead scheduling and patient visit coordination functions.
  • Ensure patients are delighted with their care experience.
  • Act as an ambassador in the local community.
  • Work closely with Prosano leadership for integrated service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Requires 100% on-site work at the care center.
  • May involve movement between clinics as needed.
  • Flexible working hours including mornings, nights, or weekends.

Requirements

  • Experience in a patient-facing or customer-facing position.
  • Excellent patient or customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexible and positive attitude.
  • Proactive and adaptable working style.
  • Impeccable judgment.
  • Proficient PC skills.
  • Medical Assistant Certification (preferred).
  • High school diploma or GED required (bachelor’s preferred).
  • Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification required.
  • Active Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
