Client Experience Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional client experience by managing daily interactions to resolve issues and providing ongoing service in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

In Short

• Interact with multiple clients to resolve issues.
• Establish relationships with key client contacts.
• Provide feedback on operational processes.
• Serve as a resource for escalated client-related issues.
• Support Account Executive in servicing clients.
• Assist in onboarding new clients.
• Triage issues and escalate as needed.
• Identify and order reporting as specified.
• Improve service offerings and programs.
• Participate in regulatory updates and webinars.

Requirements

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service or client experience.
• 3+ years of WLT or Javelina experience.
• JIRA experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience with health plans.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all levels.
• Strong analytical skills.
