The Student Experience Coordinator will be responsible for managing student and course operations, ensuring a positive learning experience, and streamlining onboarding processes for incoming students.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer service role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Experience in community building is a plus.
