Overview

This role requires the candidate to work within an Enterprise Agile Squad focused on improving the client experience pre and post all product or technical changes defined within the RDS Book of Work covering mainly GTR products and services.

In Short

  • Deliver a standard approach for jurisdictional releases with structured industry calls.
  • Coordinate training for support and client-facing teams.
  • Create test scripts for support teams to prepare for project launches.
  • Spot query trends from client interactions and create knowledge articles.
  • Report on Client Experience Squad deliverables and key metrics.
  • Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, HP PPM, Jira).
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
