Overview

The Enrollment Manager, Pulmonary Rehab, will oversee patient enrollment and onboarding into Recora’s pulmonary rehab program, managing the enrollment team and ensuring a seamless transition into care.

In Short

  • Manage enrollment team performance and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end enrollment process.
  • Problem-solve escalated patient and insurance concerns.
  • Assist in training and developing enrollment staff.
  • Maintain and improve departmental operations.
  • Collaborate with clinical operations and product teams.
  • Monitor team metrics and refine initiatives.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain enrollment staff.
  • Optimize staffing allocations based on needs.
  • Deliver feedback to leadership about program progress.

Requirements

  • Experience managing patient contact centers.
  • 2+ years insurance verification experience.
  • 3+ years call center management experience preferred.
  • 3+ years in a managerial role overseeing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and insurance products.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and call center software.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
