• Seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Joint Venture Senior Manager.
• Responsible for working with existing joint ventures and setting up new ones.
• Requires in-depth knowledge of title insurance and joint venture relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Not a sales position; joint venture opportunities are secured through sales department.
• Work schedule is 9AM - 5PM EST.
• Must be based in the US to be considered.
• Maintain joint venture relationships and handle escalations.
• Monitor and assess the health of joint ventures.
• Work with the legal department for compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in title insurance business.
• 3+ years creating and maintaining Joint Ventures.
• Valid Title Insurance License in home state.
• Strong understanding of title insurance principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills, including Google workplace.
