Overview

As a Senior Event Manager at Opus Agency, you will lead large-scale events and complex workstreams, ensuring client satisfaction and project success through strategic planning and effective communication.

• Lead events with 5,000 – 15,000 attendees and complex workstreams for larger events.
• Main point of contact for clients and team leader.
• Ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
• Drive innovative strategies for event success.
• Manage project budgets and financial accountability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide consultation and risk management.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event management experience.
• 2-3 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience with large-scale events (3,000-10,000 attendees).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
