DeFi Account Manager - Remote

Overview

Re7 Capital is a London-based cryptoasset investment firm. Re7 utilises our deep crypto network and proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment decisions for a number of DeFi and alpha strategies. We also work with leading projects and blockchains to design their DeFi ecosystem, provide on-chain risk curation and vault management services through Re7 Labs. Re7 has a dynamic team with a strong background in investment management, data science and crypto.

We are looking for a talented DeFi Account Manager - your role is to support our Re7 Labs business by growing and managing new and existing relationships with clients and partners.

In Short

• Establish and maintain relationships with L1 & L2 foundations, crypto asset issuers, DeFi platforms and protocols, distribution partners and crypto whales.
• Filter, manage and convert inbound leads, assessing viability and profitability.
• Propose business cases for approval.
• Work closely with the Re7 Labs team to ensure engagement opportunities are responded to promptly.
• Identify industry themes and growth trajectories that Re7 can take advantage of.
• Capture, consolidate and synthesise feedback on Re7's products and services.

Requirements

• Strong background in investment management or related fields.
• Experience in the crypto or DeFi space.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Ability to assess business viability and profitability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
