We leverage our deep crypto network, our understanding of crypto markets, and our proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment decisions across multiple fund strategies and DeFi projects. Our team is dynamic, with strong backgrounds in investment management, data science, and crypto, and we apply this expertise across research, portfolio management, and a range of on-chain activities, including vault curation.

• We are looking to hire a highly organised and execution-focused Project Manager on a 3-4 month contract.
• The role will be responsible for driving the delivery of key initiatives across the business.
• Focus on leading a key flagship program and other high-priority projects.
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to institutional standards.
• Own end-to-end delivery of a key strategic project.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Continuously improve project workflows and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in crypto or financial sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with DeFi projects is a plus.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of risk management principles.
• Proactive in identifying blockers and driving resolution.
