Overview

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Partnerships Team, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Everyday Banking. This role is an opportunity for someone with a proven sales background in the media and affiliate industry who is passionate about sales and new business development.

In Short

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including identifying, qualifying, capturing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Sell and onboard new lead and media partners.
  • Attain quota for lead generation, display, sponsorship and licensing.
  • Identify new areas of growth through product innovation and business development.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and other departments to respond to client needs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of industries, brands, and solutions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations with partners and provide performance reports.
  • Ensure client experience remains paramount.
  • Capture and record all activities in CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing and growing a book of business.
  • 1+ year of proven sales results in the Financial Industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and ownership of accounts.
  • Ability to identify and communicate value to upsell and grow business.
  • Effective communication skills for presentations to clients and leadership.
  • High level of integrity in client commitments.
  • Collaborative and solution-focused mindset.
