Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR), French speaker, to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for discovering & identifying new sales leads and partnering with the sales team to develop those leads into qualified opportunities.

In Short

  • Representing the Rasa brand and providing an exceptional experience for our prospects.
  • Researching accounts, identifying leads, and tenaciously qualifying new opportunities.
  • Maintaining a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social.
  • Tracking interactions and pipeline generation in Salesforce.
  • Evangelizing Rasa’s platform, mission, and vision.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and demand generation.
  • Consistently exceeding quota targets.

Requirements

  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized and optimistic.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Sincere customer empathy and care about solving others’ problems.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and an incredible work ethic.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or sales roles (nice to have).
  • Knowledge or passion for open source, machine learning, and AI assistants (nice to have).
  • Experience with prospecting tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn (nice to have).
