Overview

Join our dynamic and growing EMEA team as a Business Development Representative, where you will play an important role in qualifying and generating leads, prospecting for new clients, and executing sales campaigns across Europe.

In Short

  • Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team.
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn for networking and educating the market.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics.

  • Organize pipeline and collaborate with Account Executives.

  • Occasional travel within the region.

Requirements

  • Minimally 1 year of B2B telephone lead generation experience.
  • Experience in IT or Software Solutions sales is highly desired.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Drift.
  • Passion for outbound sales and cold calling.
  • Ability to engage with all business levels.
  • High energy, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organization and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Fluent in French and Business English.
